Jen Dauzvardis

Director of Operations

Jen Dauzvardis is our Director of Operations, managing the business aspects of the firm and maintaining seamless communication between clients and staff members. Her primary role is to ensure that Tandem’s customers are recognized as valuable collaborators and that they receive excellent service.

Prior to joining the firm, Jen worked in various leadership roles in the public charter school sector. For almost two decades, her work focused on a commitment to provide diverse public school opportunities in Colorado and beyond. Jen is a nationally recognized presenter and consultant on a wide range of topics, ranging from finance and communications to customer service and strategic planning. In addition to this work, Jen also co-owns a family business that focuses on ecological restoration. This venture highlights her commitment to environmental sustainability and underscores her dedication to making a positive impact on the world.

Jen enjoys swimming, gardening, snow skiing, reading, and spending time with her adult children (Peak to Peak alumni), partner, and their rescued golden retriever.
